How It Works
1. Schedule an appointment. You can schedule an appointment by phone, email, or by clicking the book now button and providing us with the following information and we will contact you by your preferred method of contact within 24 hours.
- Name
- Type of appointment
- Preferred type of contact
- Contact information (phone number, email address, etc.)
- Preferred time for us to contact you
2. You will receive confirmation contact from us 2 weeks prior to your schedule appointment. Please ensure that you have reviewed and understood the details of our visit so that you may make the appropriate arrangements to ensure an efficient visit from Arches Dental Hygiene.

Things to keep in mind when scheduling an appointment:
- Set-up time is about 30 minutes prior to the start of your dental hygiene
care - An average dental hygiene care appointment is approximately one hour BUT treatment times may vary depending on many factors (i.e. last dental hygiene treatment, diet, brushing/flossing habits, etc.)
- Clean-up time is about 30 minutes after the completion of your dental
hygiene care - We request that a minimum of at least 2 people be booked at one location, but we can accommodate up to 8 people at one location between 2
different clinicians. In special circumstances (i.e. bedridden individuals in long-term care facilities), we can see a single person at one location
